Overview:  

The Fusable Salesforce App will be officially launched on November 10, 2025, giving equipment dealers, manufacturers, and other organizations a seamless way to bring Fusable’s prospecting data directly into their Salesforce CRM. Instead of switching back and forth between external prospecting tools and their CRM, teams can now access Fusable’s industry-leading prospecting insights, including equipment financing records, equipment ownership details, brand preferences, corporate hierarchy data, and firmographics, without leaving Salesforce. 

At launch, the Fusable Salesforce App provides coverage for the agriculture, construction, outdoor power equipment, forestry, lift truck, machine tool, printing, office equipment, and woodworking industries.  

By embedding Fusable data inside Salesforce, the app eliminates fragmented workflows and delivers a single, up-to-date view of target companies. Sales and marketing teams can quickly identify new buyers, build and segment smarter prospect lists, and accelerate revenue growth, all while working within the CRM they already rely on every day. 

Our Connected Product Ecosystem:

The Fusable Salesforce App is powered by the new Fusable Data Core, a centralized database and insights engine that consolidates information from across our leading products, including CAB, EDA, Equipment Watch, Iron Solutions, RigDig, and Price Digests. By unifying and standardizing these sources, the Fusable Data Core creates a single, continuously updated dataset that eliminates silos and provides access to actionable prospecting intelligence, from financing and ownership records to detailed company profiles and market signals.

    • Record Matching: Each company in the Fusable database has a unique “Fusable ID” number. Once a Fusable ID is linked to a record in your Salesforce instance, the Fusable Salesforce app automatically enriches your Salesforce record with our validated company insights.

This data enables you to understand company relationships, determine if the company is a standalone entity or part of a corporate tree, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. 

Company Search: Allows users to look up business records in Fusable’s database by entering basic company details such as name and country, all without leaving your Salesforce instance.  

    • Smarter search: Users can misspell names of companies, and the system is smart enough to return results. 

    • Record matching: The system indicates if a company in the search results list already has a record in your Salesforce instance, helping you prevent duplicating records. 

    • One-click lead creation: When you identify a company you’re interested in, simply click the “Add to CRM” button to create a lead or account in your Salesforce instance.  

Build Targeted Lead Lists: The Build Targeted Lead Lists feature enables businesses to identify prospects efficiently using a wide variety of filters.

    • Filtering Capabilities: Users build the targeted lead list by selecting filters for equipment type, asset make, brand loyalty, industry, location, financing activity, and more.   

    • Record matching: The system indicates if a company in the lead list already has a record in your Salesforce instance, helping you prevent duplicating records. 

    • One-click lead creation: Users can click on the “Add to CRM” button to add all companies on the list as a Salesforce lead or record.

The Fusable Salesforce App is a ready-to-use solution designed specifically for Salesforce or Anvil users. It includes a user interface inside Salesforce that allows for easy prospect searches, list building, and one-click lead creation. 

The Fusable API, on the other hand, is designed for userwho have other CRMs, marketing automation tools, or custom business systems. It requires slightly more technical integration compared to the Salesforce App, but offers greater flexibility for embedding Fusable data across a variety of tools, apps, dashboards, and workflows 

Both the app and the API deliver the same trusted Fusable data. This includes equipment financing details, asset ownership details, brand preferences, corporate hierarchies, firmographics, and more. Both products help sales and marketing teams improve data quality, streamline workflows, and find the right prospects more quickly. Each solution is supported by Fusable’s expert Implementation and Professional Services team.
