For years, Fusable’s products have equipped vital industries with trusted data that help businesses grow. As client needs evolved, their challenges became more complex, and they turned to Fusable for solutions. They asked for:

• • Modern tools that fit seamlessly into their daily workflows  

• • A simpler experience with fewer logins and fewer standalone tools to manage 

• • More consistent experiences across products 

• • The ability to access Fusable data inside other business systems 

To meet these needs, Fusable created the Fusable Data Core, a modern centralized database and insights engine that unifies how Fusable collects, structures, and delivers data across our connected product ecosystem. 

Overview

Released in September 2025, the Fusable Data Core is the new centralized data foundation powering Fusable’s next generation of products, including the Fusable Platform, Salesforce App, and API. At launch, the Fusable Data core will contain and enhanced version of EDA’s prospecting data and will gradually expand to integrate data from all Fusable products including CAB (Central Analysis Bureau), Iron Solutions, RigDig, Price Digests, and Equipment Watch. 

While not a tool that clients interact with or have direct access to, the Data Core serves as a robust backend system that improves how data is stored, processed, and delivered across applications. It is the technology that enables cleaner data, faster product development, and a more connected experience across every Fusable solution. 

The launch of the Data Core does not impact current Fusable products such as EDA, RigDig, or CAB. Clients using these solutions will continue to access and use them without any disruption. There will be no changes to the data, user experiences, billing process, or any other features. 

Powering the Next Generation of Fusable Products 

The launch of the Fusable Data Core made possible the November 2025 launch of three new products designed to give clients flexible ways to access the same industry-leading data. Each of these three products is built on the new Data Core, ensuring consistent, high-quality data regardless of how it is accessed. 

• • Fusable Platform: A modern web-based prospecting experience that simplifies company search, list building, and analytics in one intuitive interface. 

• • Fusable Salesforce App: Embeds actionable insights directly into Salesforce and Anvil, enriching records and improving productivity without leaving the CRM. 

• • Fusable API: Enables direct integration of Fusable data into your internal systems, dashboards, and marketing tools for seamless automation and real-time visibility. 

Current Fusable products, listed below, do not pull their information from the new Data Core and instead rely on their own proprietary databases and backend systems.

What kind of data does the Data core contain: 

At launch, the Fusable Data Core includes an enhanced version of the prospecting data originally developed within the EDA database. It has been significantly improved through:  

• • Cleansing: Every record now includes a Fusable ID, ensuring clean, de-duplicated data  

• • Structuring: Expanded company hierarchy views that connect parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, along with enhanced firmographic details like industry 

• • Categorizing: A standardized taxonomy for equipment assets so you can better understand asset ownership by category 

Types of prospecting data currently available:  

• • Equipment Ownership Details: (Type, Brand, Model, Year, Condition) 

• • Equipment Financing Records: (UCC filing status and dates) 

• • Location: (State, County, City, Zip Code) 

• • Industry / Vertical: Construction, Agriculture, etc.) 

• • Brand Loyalty Indicators: (Equpment ownership by brand and model/type) 

It covers nine industries.

Future updates to the Data Core will add additional datasets from all of Fusable’s trusted products, such as CAB, Iron Solutions, RigDig, PriceDigests, and EquipmentWatch, eventually creating one unified data ecosystem.  

Core Functions of the Data Core:  

• • Centralized Database: Consolidates all of Fusable’s trusted data from legacy products like EDA, CAB, IronGuides, and others into a single, unified system. 

• • Insights Engine: Continuously processes, organizes, and transforms raw data into usable insights, powering real-time enrichment, record matching, and advanced analytics. 

• • Foundation for Growth: Supports development of new tools, integrations, and digital experiences.  

• • Scalable Infrastructure: Allows Fusable to quickly ingest new data sources and support additional industries or use cases without needing to rebuild core systems.  

With this infrastructure in place, Fusable can deliver more consistent, scalable, and accurate data across an expanding ecosystem of tools and integrations.
