Fusable Brand Assets and Guidelines

The Fusable logo is a registered trademark of Randall-Reilly, LLC. By using our logo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Permissible Use: The Fusable logo in connection with the promotion, sale or discussion of genuine Fusable products. The logo must not be used in any way that could mislead or confuse the public regarding source of any products or services.
2. No Alteration: The Fusable logo must not be altered in any way, including changes to its color, shape, or proportion except as expressly authorized in writing by Fusable.
3. Non-Exclusive License: The use of the Fusable logo is granted on limited, non-exclusive basis, and Fusable reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time for any reason.
4. Prohibited Uses: The logo must not be used in any matter that:

• • Implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any third party, unless specifically authorized in writing by Fusable.
  • Reflects negatively on Fusable or its products.
  • Violates any laws, regulation or the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Termination: Any unauthorized use of the Fusable logo will be considered a violation of Fusable’s trademark rights and may result in legal action. Fusable reserves the right to terminate permission for logo at its sole discretion.
6. Sentence Usage: When the Fusable trademark is used in a sentence, it should always be used as an adjective qualifying a generic noun that defines the product or service, e.g.,  The Fusable data products allow you to …
7. Trademark: The Fusable trademark should include the designation “TM” when possible, e.g., Fusable^TM .
